how_to_reg1. Eligibility & Registration
To create a profile on Aura Matrimony, you must be of legal marriageable age according to the laws of your country (e.g., 18 years or older for females and 21 years or older for males in India). You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during signup. Misleading claims or impersonation will lead to immediate profile suspension.
gavel2. User Code of Conduct
Aura Matrimony is strictly for matrimonial purposes. It is not a dating platform. Users agree not to send abuse, explicit material, spam, or advertise services to other members. All chat messages and interactions are subject to our automated safety and trust scoring algorithms.
paid3. Subscription Billing & Pricing
Premium services are billed on a subscription basis. Subscriptions can be active for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months. All transactions are securely completed via Razorpay. We do not store or process debit/credit card information directly on our servers. Prices are clearly listed on the Pricing Page and are inclusive of relevant local taxes.
block4. Account Moderation & Suspension
We reserve the right to review, suspend, or terminate any account that accumulates high report counts, fails identity checks, or violates our code of conduct. Suspended accounts lose access to standard features and any active premium tier without eligibility for payouts.
shield5. Limitation of Liability
Aura Matrimony is a matching service matching users based on preference inputs. We do not guarantee marriage matches nor are we liable for disputes, claims, actions, or conduct that occurs offline between registered members. We advise all users to perform standard background checks and exercise caution before meeting individuals in person.
